肯德基2009年度暑期3对3篮球赛即日起开始报名,展现耀眼篮球风,成就篮球达人,的你请准备吧!
报名要求,首先出生日期必须为1990-1993年度,每支队伍由3-6人组成.
3对3具体规则如下:
3V3篮球赛,是半场赛事,比赛期间双方场上队员均为3人,替补队员每队2--3人
规则:
一,开场时是在3秒区的圈内进行跳球,控球方需拉出3分区外,重新来组织进攻
二,实行交替发球,三种含义:
1)即对方得分后,由另一方发中场球
2)根据国际篮联最新规则,当双方发生争球现象时,实行交替发球制
3)一般实行两节制,时间为每节毛时20分钟,中场休息5分钟;现有实行三节制,前两节各10分钟,前两节中间休息时间3分钟,最后一节20分钟,与前两节的中间为中场休息时间,时间为5分钟,节与节之间不在实行跳球,而改为交替发球
三,每次发动进攻必须从3分区外来组织进攻,包括发球,断球和后场篮板
四,个人犯规次数达四次者,第五次犯规时罚下;每队犯规总次数达五次的,再犯规由另一队的被犯规队员实行罚球
其他规则基本雷同.

高中篮球3V3技巧
1.比赛双方报名为3-5 人，上场队员为3 人；
2比赛时间：
小组赛 比赛分上，下半时，全场比赛20 分钟。上下半时各10 分钟。
罚球以及换人不停表，比赛最后2分钟停表（包括进球得分后到发球期间），中场休息5 分钟。（罚球进1分，三分线内2分，三分线外3分）
淘汰赛 比赛用三局两胜制，每局先得到21分的队伍获胜，总局数胜出两局的队伍获胜。（罚球进1分，三分线内2分，三分线外3分）；
裁判将于半场结束前1分钟，30秒，10秒，全场结束前1分钟，30秒，10秒告知球员时间；
3比赛开始，双方以掷硬币的形式选发球权。第二节开始时交换发球权；
4比赛开始、投篮命中、及所有死球情况时，均在中线后发球 ；
5每次投篮命中后，由对方发球。所有犯规、违例及界外球均在三分线外发球。球发出前进攻方队员不得进入三分线内区域，发球时，防守队员不许踏出三分线外区域。发球队员必须将球传给队友，不能直接投篮 ；
6守方队员断球或抢到篮板球后，必须迅速将球运（传）出3 分线外，持球人需双脚踩出三分线，方可组织反攻， 如果没有达到要求，将视为违例，得分无效；
7比赛中，每个队员一场比赛最多5 次犯规（第4 次犯规时裁判提醒），第5 次犯规罚出场。两次技术犯规（不计入个人犯规，但计入全队犯规）罚出场。如果场边仍有替补队员，则可替换上场； 如果一队全场队员被罚剩1人，则比赛终止，以20： 0记；
8每个队累计犯规半场达6 次后，该队出现第7 次以后的侵人犯规由对方执行两次罚球。所有在加时赛中出现的犯规累计在下半场犯规数中。罚球执行结束后，转换发球权，如罚不中，比赛继续进行，获得篮 板的一方无论攻守必须双脚踏出三分线；
9替换球员必须向裁判申请，并且只能在死球的情况下进行替换；
10比赛中出现任何问题，只能由双方队长负责与组委会成员沟通；
11小组赛中如出现平局，则加赛3 分钟（停表），发球权仍以掷硬币的形式决定。如果加时赛仍打成平局，则以一对一依次罚球的形式决胜，两队均罚球一次为一轮，某轮结束后，某队领先1 分即为胜方，比赛结束；
12不允许队员将身体任何部位悬挂于篮圈（或篮架）上，否则，可被判罚离场并不能再替换进场；
13建议参赛球队在开赛前15 分钟前到场登记；任意球队在比赛开始时间10 分钟后未到场，则该队该场比赛弃权，该场比赛记为30：0。淘汰赛将视为出局；
14常规比赛时间（前18 分钟）每队每节可叫暂停一次（30secs）；全场比赛最后两分钟每队可叫暂停一次（30secs），加时赛每队可叫暂停一次（30secs）；所有暂停停表。
15对无球队员犯规：比赛最后两分钟对无球队员犯规，则给予技术犯规一次，被犯规队员一罚一掷。
16进攻三秒：进攻队员在无球或有进攻动作或意图的情况下在三秒区停留时间超过三秒的话被视为进攻三秒，并进行交换球权的处罚。
